On the palate the fresh raspberry, cherry and plum flavours carry through, supported by a generous texture with silky tannins and hints of savoury oak. The concentration of flavours leads to a long satisfying finish. The richness of this Pinot Noir makes it well suited to a variety of meat or game dishes, particularly where savoury flavours abound. This complete wine will pair well with a rich dish such as braised beef cheeks served on parmesan polenta scattered with sautéed mushrooms.
