Preparation Instructions
THAI COCONUT, CHILLI & LIME PRAWN STIR-FRY Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 10-15 mins what else to get 1 small red onion, sliced lengthways 1 cup sliced green beans 2 carrots, cut into thin strips(matchstick pieces) 300g frozen uncooked prawn cutlets, thawed 1 ½ cups cooked brown rice what to do Heat a dash of oil in a wok (or frying pan) over a medium heat.Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add prawns and stir-fry until prawns start to turn pink. Pour over Wattie’s® Wok Creations® Thai Coconut, Chilli and Lime Stir-fry Sauce and stir-fry for a further 1-2 minutes until prawns and vegetables are cooked.
Usage Instructions
After opening, refrigerate unused contents in a sealed non-metallic container.
