Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Chocolate Chips (24%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder (Milk), Cocoa Butter, Milk Solids, Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy)), Flavour), Vegetable Oil, Dextrose, Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).
Preparation Instructions
All you need is: 1 extra large egg + 1/3 cup (80g) softened butter. Prep time: 10 mins Baking time: 15-20 mins Baking: 2 baking paper lined, baking trays Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. 3 Simple Steps! 1. Stir cookie mix, butter and egg in a large bowl with a wooded spoon until just combined. Use your hands to fully mix to form a soft dough (do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). 2. Measure tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto baking trays, spacing about 5cm apart. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on tray for 10 minutes, then gently remove from trays onto a wire rack to cool completely.
